Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days and can take up to 2-4 business days for it to be delivered if standard is chosen.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order please use the tracking number provided at our website:
https://dumambili.com/apps/parcelpanel or https://www.usps.com/ for updated information. Also contact the USPS for more detailed information about your package.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Our Website Duma Mbili ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address inputted on the order, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the item to be shipped back to the correct address. If you choose to have a refund, once we received the returned package we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping cost.
Delivery Issues
We make every effort to get your order to you on time, however once we drop off your order at the carrier, we have no control on delays, lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS if you have any delivery concerns. Duma Mbili is not held responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
If a customer inputs the wrong address and was delivered to that address. Duma Mbili will not be held responsible. No refunds or replacements will be issued.
You may email shameem@dumambili.com within 12 hours of placing your order to make any changes to your address. Once the 12 hour timeframe has passed, no changes will be made. If a package is shipped and returned due to an incorrect address inputted on the order, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the package to be shipped back to the correct address. If you choose to have a refund, once we received the returned package we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping cost.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Our Website Duma Mbili is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Duma Mbili is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We offer world wide shipping. Including APO/FPO.
International Orders: If there are additional taxes, customs fees or any other fees associated with your order. This will be billed to the customer.
